Nonprofit senior living leader extends its reach into Palo Alto
SACRAMENTO, Calif., Oct. 8, 2026. Eskaton, one of Northern California’s largest nonprofit senior living organizations, today announced a management agreement with Moldaw Residences, a life plan community in Palo Alto. The agreement takes effect Dec. 20, 2026, and marks a significant step in Eskaton’s continued growth in the Bay Area.
Moldaw Residences is an upscale life plan community on the Taube-Koret Campus for Jewish Life. The addition of Moldaw builds on Eskaton’s established Bay Area presence. Eskaton already manages The Trousdale in Burlingame and The Parkview in Pleasanton and owns and operates The Reutlinger in Danville. With Moldaw, Eskaton extends its reach into Palo Alto and strengthens its ability to serve older adults across the region.

Under the agreement, Eskaton will assume management responsibilities for Moldaw Residences. The community keeps its name, its identity and its ownership. Residents and families can expect continuity of care, together with the operational depth, programming and mission-driven approach that define Eskaton’s communities.
