Meet Chef Paul Nelson

Director of Culinary Experience

My name is Paul Nelson. I have been fortunate enough to have had opportunities to train under great chefs at incredible locations. From the Pebble Beach golf course to the Google kitchen and I’m excited to bring that expertise to our community. I also have a deep passion for training and growing my team to help them grow. Outside of the kitchen, you can find me playing DnD or reading the latest Brandon Sanderson book.
