Alfredo Cruz brings more than 18 years of experience in the senior care industry, specializing in customer service, compliance, efficiency, and results. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from San Francisco State University and has served as an Executive Director since 2017, leading senior living communities with a focus on operational excellence and resident well-being. After gaining additional perspective in the home care sector, Alfredo returned to senior living and joined Eskaton Gold River as Executive Director in 2024.<\/p>\n
