Since opening in 1973, Eskaton Land Park has cultivated an engaged community for older adults seeking an independent living option with comprehensive services. Located in Sacramento’s desirable William Land Park neighborhood, Eskaton Land Park offers an enriching community experience among 98 thoughtfully designed, private apartments.

Meet the Leadership Team
Tristin Benjamin
Executive Director
Tristin Benjamin has dedicated over 18 years to Eskaton, holding various leadership positions, including Director of Resident Services at Eskaton Land Park. Before joining Eskaton, Tristin attained a BA in Sociology from CSUS in addition to her RCFE Administrator certification. Tristin has also completed the LeadingAge of California Emerge Leadership Development program and is currently a LeadingAge National Fellow in the Larry Minnix Leadership Academy, exploring opportunities in middle-market senior retirement communities. She resides in West Sacramento with her husband, two children, a chihuahua and two cats.
