Empowering Your Journey

We believe that strong communities are built through connection and collaboration. Through meaningful engagement, responsive services and a commitment to impact the communities we serve, Eskaton is actively responding to the needs of our residents and the local community. Together, with our community partners, we are fostering a supportive ecosystem where older adults thrive and their voices are valued.

Support Groups

You’re not alone. Eskaton offers a variety of support groups designed to provide a safe, confidential, and compassionate environment for individuals and families navigating the unique challenges of aging and caregiving. Whether you’re a caregiver seeking understanding and strategies, or an individual facing specific life changes, our groups offer a vital space to connect with others who share similar experiences. Share concerns, gain insights, and learn from a supportive community dedicated to fostering well-being and resilience.

Affordable Housing

Eskaton manages more than a dozen affordable communities throughout Northern California. Each affordable community has its own leasing office and application process. Please contact each property directly if you would like to rent a residence at one of Eskaton’s affordable communities.

The Friendship Line

The Friendship Line is a signature program of the Institute on Aging and has never gone unanswered since it was founded in 1973 by Dr. Patrick Arbore. Dr. Arbore’s observation that “connection to others binds us to life” led him to establish the Friendship Line, which is both a “warm line” and a crisis intervention center for routine – even daily – phone calls that provide emotional support and friendly conversation.

InnovAge

InnovAge’s mission is to help older adults live life on their terms by aging in place in their own homes and communities for as long as safely possible. Eskaton has partnered with Innovage to bring PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) to affordable housing residents, offering comprehensive and coordinated healthcare and social service support.
