You’re invited to our monthly Dementia Support Group, a welcoming space where you can share experiences, learn from others, and find compassionate guidance. This group is facilitated by Monica Hart, a compassionate facilitator who supports individuals and families through the emotional challenges of aging and memory loss.

Memory Cafe is a welcoming place for individuals living with dementia or other cognitive changes, as well as their care partners. Attendees will have a safe space to engage, access resources, and connect with others as they navigate their journey. Memory Cafe is open to the public for those who care for a loved one with cognitive challenges. This is a great opportunity to connect with others and learn useful caring tips.
