Water Aerobics

9:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.

Water aerobics is a low-impact exercise program specifically tailored to be gentle on the joints while effectively improving strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Offered year-round in our heated indoor swimming pool.

Monday - Thursday

Qigong with Homer

Monday + Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. | Tuesday + Thursday at 9:30 a.m.

Qigong is an ancient practice of flowing movements, mindful breathing, and focused intention. Learn to cultivate your body’s natural energy (Qi) to relieve tension, improve flexibility, and calm the mind. Guided by local expert Homer Nottingham, a valued member of our community.  No experience necessary.

Drum Fitness

11:00 a.m.

Using large stability balls as our drums and drumsticks, this class combines low impact cardio, strength training, and rhythmic patterns for a fun, stress-blasting workout. Improve coordination, boost mood and unleash your inner rockstar 

Monday and Tuesday

Hasfit Senior Exercise

10:00 - 10:30 a.m.

Hasfit’s senior fitness programs include both standing and seated exercises, designed for seniors and those with limited mobility.The workouts focus on improving strength, balance, and flexibility, and can be adapted for different fitness levels using just a chair or light dumbbells. 

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Seated Stretches

11:00 a.m.

This class is performed entirely from the comfort of a chair, making it perfect for all mobility levels. Perform gentle, purposeful stretches to increase your range of motion, reduce stiffness, and promote relaxation. You’ll leave feeling taller, looser, and more refreshed. 

Wednesday

Gentle Yoga

10:30 a.m.

This slow-paced class focuses on gentle stretching, foundational poses, and mindful breathing to increase flexibility, release tension, and calm the mind.
