He holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Utah State University. Known for driving operational excellence, Stephen has successfully led senior living communities through periods of growth and improvement, achieving strong occupancy and financial performance while maintaining exemplary regulatory outcomes. In 2025, Stephen joined Eskaton Village Roseville as Executive Director, where he brings a collaborative leadership style and a strong commitment to resident well-being, staff development, and
