Perfect for all fitness levels, this low-impact workout builds strength and endurance while the water’s natural buoyancy supports your body.

Senior Strength

9:00 – 9:45 a.m.

Using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, you’ll gradually increase muscle tone and bone density while improving stability and reducing fall risk.

Tuesday

Tai Chi

9:00 – 9:30 a.m.

Experience the ancient art of Tai Chi, a graceful practice that combines slow, flowing movements with deep breathing and mindfulness. This low-impact class improves balance, flexibility, and core strength while calming the mind and reducing stress.

Movement & Mobility

10:00 a.m – 10:45 a.m

This class combines stretching and balance work to increase flexibility, improve stability, and support your overall wellness.

Thursday

Chair Yoga

9:45 a.m. – 10:30 a.m

Through seated poses, stretches, and breathing exercises, you’ll increase flexibility, improve circulation, and release tension from your neck, shoulders, and back.

Cardio Aqua

10:15 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Using dynamic movements, water jogging and aquatic exercises, you’ll build endurance and burn calories while the water’s natural buoyancy protects your joints.
